As of October 11, 2024, per owner, the project architect has been identified. Project is in design; construction timeline will be 12 months once it begins. Construction on the Refueling Center is expected in 2025. The Wash House portion start is unknown. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is the procurement of architectural and engineering services for the physical improvements at the City's Public Work Service Center (PWSC) located at 1802 Courtland Road, Roanoke, Virginia 24012. The City of Roanoke invites any qualified Offeror to respond to this RFP by submitting a proposal for architectural and engineering services at the PWSC consistent with the terms and conditions herein set forth. Final scope of services will be negotiated with the successful Offeror. If an award of a contract is made, notification of such award will be posted for public review in the lobby on the second floor of the Noel C. Taylor Municipal Building, 215 Church Ave., SW, Roanoke, VA 24011. Unless the proposal is withdrawn, the Offeror agrees that any prices or terms for such proposal shall remain valid for sixty (60) days after opening. Notices of proposal withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Manager.
