Reference Number 0000335172 Budget: The College's budget for renovating the building systems at the Center for Building Construction is approximately $5,500,000. The scope of any additional laboratory, classroom or office remodels will be determined and budgeted during contract negotiation. The District Board of Trustees of Seminole State College of Florida is requesting qualifications from experienced contractors to provide design-build services for the building-wide renovation and the optional remodel of sections of its Center for Building Construction (Building-D) on the Sanford/Lake Mary Campus. The District Board of Trustees ("Board") of Seminole State College of Florida ("College") located at 100 Weldon Boulevard, Sanford, Florida 32773, in accordance with Florida Statute 287.055 is accepting sealed qualifications ("Statement of Qualifications") from the College's current Prequalified Contractors in response to this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") for Design Build Services for D Building on the Sanford/Lake Mary Campus. The contracted Firm will work in consult with College faculty, administration and staff, who will outline academic program needs for the building and advise on the College's design, operational and maintenance standards.
