Renovation of a medical facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade medical facility.
Project is located at 2231 West Charleston. The building is a 2-story building with 2 level cast in place parking garage with concrete and stucco. Finishes on the building exterior and parking garage will be patched and painted with a body color and accent color to be determined. Interior walls of both 1st and 2nd floors will be removed/rebuilt including new casework, flooring, ceilings, plumbing fixtures and surface finishes as shown on the drawings for the project. Lead lined walls are required at new Imaging/X-ray room. UMC, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, [select disadvantaged business enterprises or airport concession disadvantaged business enterprises] will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
