The purpose of this solicitation for Facilities Plumbing Services (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide plumbing services including, but not limited to: repair and replacement of sewers, frozen pipes, water line, sinks, toilets, sump pump, water valves, pipe insulation, backflow preventer, sewer snaking and drain clearing, re-pipes of lift station and plumbing leaking detection at JEA Facilities. The Response price must include labor, supervision, materials, tools and equipment, as necessary to perform plumbing services as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regard to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
