Renovation of a municipal facility in Daytona Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project consists of repairing storm damage throughout the entire first floor of the FL DOH Volusia County Keech Street Building located at 421 S Keech Street, Daytona Beach, Florida 32114. Approximately 2 feet of drywall have been removed throughout and all the drywall and tile finishes have been removed in the restrooms. Some minor improvements are proposed at the front reception desk, nurse stations, and some open office areas where new offices are proposed. The Work consists of, but is not limited to, the following: Selective Demolition, New Flooring, Painting, Light Gauge Frames, Drywall, Tile Work, Impact-Resistant Glass, Casework and Plastic Laminate for Cabinets, Mechanical Rework, Electrical Rework, Plumbing Replacement Work.
