Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in West Chester, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project consists of demolition and remove sections of curb, pavers and haul off. Pour and finish new curbs and paver removal area. Mill down asphalt parking lot and overlay along with new striping . The contractor shall provide all required supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the services described to the parking Lot Resurfacing Scope of Work, complying with any necessary external agency inspections/requirements to include but not limited to the following items and comply with all federal, state, and local governmental laws, regulations, codes and ordinances. All work will be completed in a workmanlike manner consistent with customary industry practices. Contractor shall ensure that the jobsite is cleaned up, and dispose of any debris at the end of every work day. All itemized scope items below are by contractor unless noted otherwise. This project is considered prevailing wage and is tax exempt. The most Davis Bacon rules apply. PLEASE NOTE: The plans and specifications attached are for reference purposes ONLY.
