Site work for a water / sewer project in West Chester, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Contract involves furnishing all labor and materials required toreplace approximately 3300 LF of 8 inch sanitary with 12 inch pipe using pipe bursting method. Each bid mustcontain the full name and street address of the bidder,a signed Non-Collusion Affidavit, a signed Personal Property Tax Affidavit, and a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bids shall be sealed and shall be clearly marked on the outside of the package BIDS FOR PORT UNION ad LESAINT DR SEWER REPLACEMENT/REPAIRFOR THE WATER AND SEWER DEPARTMENT. Failure to submit bidsin conformance with the Contract Documents will result in rejection of the bid as non-responsive.Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Butler County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of EmploymentServices, Wage & Hour Division. Engineer's estimate for the base bid is $624,380.00. The right is reserved by the County to reject any or all Bids, to waive formalities, to accept the lowest and best Bid,and to hold Bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening for evaluating both the Bids and Bidders.
