The Contract involves furnishing all labor and materials required toreplace approximately 3300 LF of 8 inch sanitary with 12 inch pipe using pipe bursting method. Failure to submit bidsin conformance with the Contract Documents will result in rejection of the bid as non-responsive.Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Butler County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of EmploymentServices, Wage & Hour Division. Engineer's estimate for the base bid is $624,380.00. The right is reserved by the County to reject any or all Bids, to waive formalities, to accept the lowest and best Bid,and to hold Bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening for evaluating both the Bids and Bidders.
