Renovation of a fire / police facility in Gainesville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
SCOPE OF WORK Remove and dispose of existing natural gas Kohler generator and transfer switch and install new 35 KW Diesel Generator with matching (same Mfg.) 200 amp Transfer Switch. Cap existing Natural gas line as close to the ground as possible. Modify or replace the concrete pad to accommodate the new generator. Replacement Generator at Hall County Fire Station #9, located at 5040 Poplar Springs Rd, Gainesville, GA 30507. Bidders must be in the regular business of providing similar services, be licensed, insured, and bonded to do so in the State of Georgia. A Bid bond is not required but a Letter of Bond ability, in the case of an award, is required.
