Site work for a water / sewer project in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of January 03,2024, project was awarded to Empire Snow Management, Inc but awarded amount is not available.** The Housing Authority of the City of Erie will receive sealed bids/proposals for the following: French Drain Installation at Various Locations Work Included 1. Furnish and install new French Drain, Well and Sump Pump. 2. Contractor is to start all French drain installation within 7 days of receipt of an address and complete in no more than 14 days. Any necessary corrections are to be made within 5 days of being contacted in writing. 3. Remove existing 18" concrete floor around perimeter of basement. 4. Penetrate block walls with weep holes to allow for proper drainage into French Drain and well area. 5. Furnish and install FRP or equal up to floor joist (approximately 8') on all walls including all necessary accessories. 6. Poly Drain / Drainage Mat or equal around perimeter of drain. 7. Backfill and patch concrete floor to a smooth finish. 8. Run electrical to sump pump. 9. Furnish and install drain line to one of the following at the discretion of HACE: a. Exterior storm drain and tie into storm sewer. b. Install a bubble pot a minimum of 5 feet from the unit with an ice guard. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bidding. All communications and inquiries shall be directed to Michael R.
