Renovation of a multi-residential development in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, tools, and equipment to complete work specified. All employees on the job site are required to wear their company picture identification at all times. All Housing Authority properties are SMOKE FREE. Contractor is to start all floors within 7 days of receipt of an address and complete in no more than 14 days. Any necessary corrections are to be made within 5 days of being contacted in writing. Planking & Linoleum is to be installed per manufactures recommendation of working time for adhesive if needed. Flooring installation is in vacant & occupied units. Contractor is responsible for moving items and storing if necessary, when the unit is occupied (ex. couch, table, appliances). Contractor to provide separate prices for vacant units and a separate price for occupied units. Work Locations Work will be at the following locations: Ostrow Apartments 4220 Davidson Avenue Curry/Schell Apartments 3909 Schaper Avenue Friendship Apartments 111 East 11th Street Schmid Towers 153 East 6th Street 10% bid bond required, Davis-bacon wages apply. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bidding. All communications and inquiries shall be directed to Michael R. ( Contract shall be for a one-year period commencing on January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024, with the option to renew for a second year starting January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025).
