REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONSClean Water Services (District) invites qualified firms or individuals to submit Statements of Qualification (SOQ) to be considered for award of a three-year Price Agreement for Natural System Construction Services. A description of the services and timelines are contained in District's Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Interested Contractors must submit SOQs to be considered. The intent is to enter into Price Agreements with multiple Contractors. The Price Agreements to be awarded under this RFQ do not involve asbestos abatement work, and Contractors submitting SOQs in this category are not required to be licensed with the Department of Environmental Quality pursuant to ORS 468A.720. Contractors must be licensed with the State of Oregon Construction Contractors Board. District may reject any SOQ not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel this solicitation or reject for good cause, any or all SOQs upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so. Clean Water Services intends to award Contracts to the following vendors for Natural System Construction Services by seeking Board of Directors approval of the awards on January 8, 2024: 1. Aquatic Contracting, LLC 2. BCI Contracting, Inc 3. Biohabitats, Inc
