The Board of Education of East China School District is accepting firm prime contractor bids for all equipment pre-purchase services to complete Bid Package #4, St. Clair 6 12 Campus Pre-Purchase of HVAC and Electrical equipment. A Bid bond executed by a U.S. Treasury listed surety company acceptable to the owner, or a cashier s check in the amount of at least 5% of the sum of the proposal payable to East China School District shall be submitted with each proposal in excess of $29,572. All proposals shall be firm for a period of sixty (60) days. Oral, telephone, fax or electronic mail bids are invalid and will not receive consideration. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part; to award contract to other than the low bidder; to waive any irregularities and/or informalities; and in general to make awards in any manner deemed to be in the best interests of the owner.
