Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Clair, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
St. Clair Housing Commission is requesting bids from experienced and qualified Elevator Companies for an elevator modernization located at 400 South Third Street, St. Clair, MI. The modernization work includes the changing out the existing controllers and auxiliary equipment as specified along with new cab interiors and cab shell. For any additional questions please feel free to contact me at cmyers@ceassetmanagement.com Schedule is extremely important to this project and estimated lead times shall be provided in your bid submission. The project will be a turn key project with the selected elevator contractor becoming the prime for all related work needed to meet the current elevator code of Michigan and all other applicable AHJ's. This modernization project will be for all the elevator work required by the specifications and bidding documents.
