Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Ridgeville, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,440-square-foot clubhouse / community center.
repair of all leaks in the roof, replacing any disturbed insulation and the sealing and coating of the metal roof. This will include any other expenses that are needed to achieve the repairs of the roof on the Ridgeville Community Center. All contractors/responders are required to be registered with in the South Carolina LLR Office, obtain a Town Business License and a Dorchester County Building Permit The Town of Ridgeville reserves the right to accept or reject any bid in whole or in part and to award a contract that is in the best interest of the Town.
