Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Arlington, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of November 19, 2024, project was awarded to Tiseo Paving Co. with the amunt of $1,175,066.2 This project will construct a four-lane concrete roadway from Bardin Road to Green Oaks Boulevard. Improvements for this project include storm drainage, sidewalks, pavement markings, streetlights, traffic signals, street signs, communication conduit, landscaping and irrigation. The Engineer's estimate for this project is $14,288,512.40. A cashier's check or an acceptable Bidder's Bond payable to the City of Arlington, Texas, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the largest possible total for the bid submitted, must accompany the bid. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, will be required. Prospective bidders are encouraged to participate.
