Meadowbrook Park Inclusive Playground The City of Arlington, Texas (the Owner) will accept bids for work at Meadowbrook Park Inclusive Playground described in general as follows: 1. Install and maintain erosion control facilities 2. Demolition and removal of designated elements 3. Grading and drainage improvements 4. Landscaping (planting installation) 5. Hardscape improvements (river rock, gravel, boulders, sidewalks, and concrete mow strip) 6. Install site furniture (benches, trash receptacles, historic signage, entry sculpture) 7. Install playground equipment 8. Automatic, underground irrigation installation 9. Install utility infrastructure 10. Complete cleanup of entire area within project limits and other portions of the site outside of project limits that may be affected by construction and other work as shown on the construction plans Set Aside(s) MBE (11%), WBE (11%) Engineer's Opinion of Probable Cost is $1,500,000 If any person contemplating submitting a bid is in doubt as to the meaning of any part of the plans, specifications or other proposed contract documents, he may submit to the Owner a written request for an interpretation thereof at least seven (7) days prior to the time for opening bids.
