Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Foster, Quebec. Design plans call for the construction of a 36,280-square-foot, two-story above grade industrial development; for site work for a industrial development; industrial development; municipal facility; road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Reconstruction of the Foster Service Center currently located at 200, chemin Foster, Shefford (Québec) J2M 1A6. The scope of the project includes the construction of a new facility on a new approximately 58,800 m2 site situé on the other side of highway 10 of that will house the main building and all related structures. The scope of work also includes the development of parking lots, outdoor storage areas, grassing and access road construction. TIMELINE: Design is ongoing. Tender is scheduled for Q4 2026. Construction is expected to start in Q4 2026. Further update in summer, 2026. Q4 - the period of time between October and December.
