The City of Gatlinburg reserves the right to qualify bidders, to waive any informalities, to reject any and/or all bids, and to accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the City. The project must be complete within 30 days from notice to proceed from City of Gatlinburg. $100.00 liquidated damages will be assessed for each day beyond the agreed completion day. Certain projects with a total cost of $25,000 or more require a TN Contractors license. This License #, Classification and Expiration date MUST be listed on the bid envelope. Bidders cannot use license of another to bid on any City of Gatlinburg project. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The value range for this project is between $80,000 to $90,000. Contractor will be providing all labor and materials for Redi Rock Segmental Wall according to specifications provided. o The Redi Rock Wall shall be constructed per the attached plans, Exhibit 1. Deviations from attached plans shall be permitted with the approval of the city of Gatlinburg's engineering representative. o Engineering Testing Solutions, 865-428-4468, will be the City of Gatlinburg field representative for engineering services. o Soils shall be dressed, seeded and strawed in the project area after completion of the wall. o Contractor must work from purchase order.
