The Owner will, prior to the execution of the contract, require the bidder to furnish bonds covering the faithful performance of the Contract and the payment of all obligations arising thereunder with such sureties secured through the bidders usual sources as may be agreeable to the parties. Each bond shall be in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price and shall be submitted on forms stipulated in the Bidding Sections and the premiums shall be paid by the bidder.
