Per the owner, bidding is expected to take place in the near future and construction is expected to take place in a few months. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Bullhead City, Arizona is Issuing a Notice of Request for Qualifications (Hereinafter "offer(S)" or "RFQ") and Conducting a Competitive Process to Retain a Firm to Provide the City With Architectural Design and Construction Management Services, Including Civil Engineering and Building and Parking Lot Design for the Food for Families Food Bank Expansion Project in Bullhead City, Arizona. Task 1 - Meet with City personnel to confirm the scope and timelines of the Project. Task 2 - Begin cost estimates for the architectural design of the metal building, the improvement and addition to the parking lot, and construction management of the Project. Task 3 - Continue meeting and coordinating with City staff as necessary to determine all required elements and develop the final costs of architecture/engineering, including the development of full plans for the work, estimates for costs of construction and management of the Project to conclusion.
