On-Call Architectural and Engineering Design Services. Answers to questions, if any, will be posted in the same location by November 29, 2023 at 2PM CST. It is the vendors responsibility to review the answers provided. The City of Davenport, Iowa (hereafter referred to as City invites firms to submit qualifications for consideration to provide professional engineering, architectural, and related design services for City public improvement projects. It is the intention of the City to prequalify respondents through this RFQ to assist with design services. These prequalified firms may aid in the planning, design, bid document development, and limited construction period services for a variety of project types.
