The City of Pilot Rock invites and welcomes bid proposals for preparation of a site for a steel building. We are also seeking an engineered interior design, assembly, installing insulation, interior framing and finishes for a steel building. The City of Pilot Rock owns a commercial lot that is 110 feet long and 60 feet wide which is currently vacant. A steel building which is 30 feet by 60 feet has been purchased for use as a Senior Center and site preparation is needed. We are requesting a concrete stem wall foundation with crawl space. The site is located next to City Hall on the east vacant lot. Please see attached plat map and satellite map of the lot. City Hall is located at 144 N Alder Place, Pilot Rock, Oregon.
