Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in North Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
John Braithwaite Community Centre – Gymnasium (approximately 6000 square feet) Floor restoration to be commenced and completed in January, 2024 (space is currently unavailable at other times due to NVRC programming). 1. Supply and install Pulastic 2000 (or equivalent) onto existing gymnasium flooring, ensuring wheelchair accessible doorway transitions and post holes with caps will be flush 2. Installation of sports court lines to match existing including the addition of Pickleball service lines to all 3 courts 3. Replace rubber covebase Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca
