Reference Number 0000259564 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/11/30 05:00:00 PM EST Bid Intent Deadline 2023/11/30 05:00:00 PM EST The Work of this Contract involves the redevelopment of the existing exterior ponds and surrounding landscaped spaces at the main entrance area (i.e. Level 2) at the existing Willet Green Miller Centre located at 933 Ramsey Lake Road in Sudbury, Ontario. The landscaping work includes reworking the existing grades to suit the new hard surface treatments and landscaping features (i.e. trees, shrubs, plantings, etc.) planned at the former ponds, including reworking the existing rock works (i.e. boulders, river stones, etc.) as required to suit the new site finishes. The scope also includes the decommissioning of the existing pool equipment (i.e. pumps and filter systems) in the pump equipment room located on Level 1, as well as reworking the existing storm water piping system to suit site drainage. OPS Security Clearances are required for all personnel involved with the project. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
