Reference Number 0000260779 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/12/11 05:00:00 PM EST Bid Intent Deadline 2023/12/19 05:00:00 PM EST REPAIR WORK ON MAIN AND UPPER ROOF - Replacement of the missing/ deteriorated sealant joints (115 LF). - Installation of pitch pocket type detail around the roof anchors for proper adhesion to roof surface and metal surfaces (87 locations). - Replacement of the deteriorated pitch pockets around the structural posts (11 locations). - General maintenance of the metal flashings and metal siding and rusted chimney hoods (rust removal and painting, fastening loose/ missing fasteners) (150 SF). - Installation of the protection membrane/ insulation under the paving stones on the roof surface and cleaning of the roof. - Installation of paving stones where there is high traffic on the roof surface and general cleaning of the roof surface. REPAIR WORK ON TIERED ROOFS - Replacement of the missing / deteriorated sealant joints (localized). - Repair of the pitch pockets at roof anchors as per manufacturer's recommendations (10 locations). - Installation of the protection membrane / insulation under the ladders and cleaning of the roof REPAIR WORK ON METAL ROOFS - The ribs for the standing seam should be blocked with a metal cap (4,000 SF). - General maintenance of the metal roofs including fastening of the loose / missing fasteners and localized rust removal and painting of the metal roof is required specially on the north parts of the circular shape roof (300SF). - Proper preparation of the surface prior to the painting is required. - Localized sealant replacement is required at roof transitions specially at the peak of the roof section X. - Rust removal and painting of some areas of the metal siding surrounding the metal roofs is required Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
