Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sudbury, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library; and municipal facility.
Cultural Hub at Tom Davies Square. The Cultural Hub at Tom Davies Square is a retrofit project that will transform an already iconic public building and spark a revitalization of Greater Sudbury's historic downtown by reimagining the civic centre building into 85,000 square feet of cultural space. Additionally, Municipal Services within the facility will be relocated to accommodate the project partners. The Council approved total project budget for the Cultural Hub at Tom Davies Square is $65,000,000 CAD. The total project budget includes an estimated hard construction cost sum of $58,500,000, with $10,300,000 of the hard construction cost allocated to municipal service relocation. **The city has named PCL Construction as the construction manager for the hub.
