Fort Schyler Management Corporation (FSMC) is seeking a qualified, experienced, responsive, and responsible vendor to provide with a minimum five years of experience to: Location: 123 Industrial Blvd., Plattsburgh, NY 12901 Procure 2 HVAC Systems that meet the Design Parameters set forth in the Owners Project Requirements. The Contractor must also provide the construction of HVAC upgrades, consisting of demolition and removal of existing systems and installation of two new single zone HVAC systems to serve the existing manufacturing facility. The Contracting for this bid will be created with reference to the AIA Documents. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Total MWBE Participation Goals: 30% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 0% Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0%
