Scope of Work Includes Hazardous Material Abatement and Selective Demolition of an Approximately 103,000 Sf Existing Multistory Building With Basement as Identified on the Drawings as Buildings a, B, C & D. The Work Includes Removal and Disposal of Asbestos Containing Material (Acm) as Required by the Site specific Asbestos Abatement Plans and Technical Specifications Prepared by Terracon, and the Removal and Disposal of Interior Architecture, Fire Protection Systems, Plumbing Systems, Electrical & Lighting Systems, and Mechanical Systems as Indicated on the Demolition Drawings and Specifications Prepared by Seay, Seay & Litchfield, and Their Consulting Engineers A cashier's check or bid bond payable to Alabama Community College System in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, must accompany the bidder's proposal.
