Reference number : 1779592 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2023-12-04 École de technologie supérieure (hereinafter "the Owner") having its head office at 1100 Notre-Dame Street West, Montreal, is calling for Tenders for the purpose of awarding a contract for the development of the premises (hereinafter "Work") of Espace Ax-C (hereinafter "Project"), located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the Place Victoria building in Montreal, located at 800 rue du Square-Victoria, operated by the Petra Group, Operations Division. Espace Ax-C is a unique facility in Quebec that brings together several university and private incubators, front-line services offered to start-ups as well as mature companies interested in such an environment. The project, spread over two floors, will have an area of approx 100,000 sq. ft. It will be located in a space in a rental building located in Montreal and owned by the Petra Group (hereinafter "Petra"). Under a long-term lease agreement, the Owner is the long-term leaseholder of the space where the Project will be carried out.
