Reference Number : 1779782 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2023-11-30 Replacement of Water Tower at Hôpital Fleury, located at 2180 Rue Fleury E, Montreal, QC H2B 1K3 The work will consist of installing a new rooftop water tower near the air outlet on the roof of the existing water tower. During the connection work on the new water tower, a 50-tonne chiller will be placed in parallel to ensure a minimum shutdown of the chilled water network. This operation will require a network shutdown which should be limited. After the installation of the new water tower, piping work will be carried out quickly in order to limit the shutdown of service during the connection phase of the new water tower to the water network. While the cooled water network remains partially functional, the new tower with the 150-tonne chiller and pumps will be connected. When the new water tower and water tower pumps are operational, the cooled water networks can be transferred and the existing water tower can be demolished. Then heat exchangers and secondary chilled water pumps can be installed. The final phase is to start up the new 80-tonne chiller and complete the work.
