The City of Phoenix Water Services Department invites sealed offers for Boiler System Chemical Treatment and Testing Services for a 5-year period commencing on February 29th, 2024. The agreement will provide full-service boiler system chemical treatment, testing services, monitoring and minor repairs to the boilers located at the two of the Water Services Department Wastewater Treatment facilities. Services provided by this contract keep the boilers in optimal working condition and ensure that the boilers are free of any fouling due to scale formation, biological growth, or slime and limit corrosion on all water surfaces, passages, storage tanks, basins, heat exchangers, piping, pumps, valves and other associated equipment by testing the water and visual inspection. Site visit is optional and does require notification to procurement officer in order to obtain access to the facilities.
