This notice is NOT a solicitation as defined by FAR 2.101, therefore this amendment shall NOT be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract, nor does this amendment restrict the Government for any future acquisition approach. WHAT: 182AW FY24 Industry Day - Construction Job Order Contracts (JOC) WHERE: Industry Days will be conducted in person only in Building 320 Conference Room at the 182nd Airlift Wing, 2416 S. Falcon Blvd, Peoria, IL 61607. In Person Attendance: Building 320, 2416 S. Falcon Blvd, Peoria, IL 61607. Please allow adequate time for entry into the facility and check-in. The briefing will be posted via an amendment to this special notice. When: November 2023 Why: 182AW/MSC, ANG and ARNG customers will communicate forecasted acquisition opportunities (FY24-FY26) and discuss how industry partners can engage with the NGB in IL. We will also be providing our industry partners with a forum to learn about a new construction contract vehicle called Job Order Contracts (JOC). See Attachment 1 for the DRAFT Industry Day Agenda. REGISTRATION INFORMATION: To participate in the 182AW FY24 Industry Day, individuals must register/RSVP whether they intend to participate in-person. For situational awareness, in-person registration is being accepted on a first come first serve basis. Interested organizations will be limited to a maximum of two (2) persons for in-person attendance. The maximum expected capacity for in-person attendance is currently expected to be limited to between 100 and 150 persons. If you are unable to attend in-person after registration, please contact us at benjamin.yeutson@us.af.mil as soon as possible in order for someone else to take your place. In-Person Attendance: For any in-person attendee's do NOT have an active Common Access Card (CAC), Veteran Affair's ID, or Military ID (active or retired), please be advised in order to facilitate base access and meet security regulations then the above registration information is required. In addition, a representative from AQ-C will contact you directly to obtain Personal Identification Information (PII) (i.e. date of birth, Driver's License State and Number (e.g. IL Y123-456-7890).
