Site work and paving for a road / highway in Minocqua, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town of Minocqua is seeking bids for the construction of the MHLT School Area Road Project. This is a LRIP Project. o Pulverize and relay 1.2 miles of Spruce Street, Cedar Road, Pine Road, Fir Street, Lee Road, and Titus Drive. Reconstruct 0.09 miles of Titus Drive. This work will include shoulder widening, earthwork, asphaltic paving, pavement marking, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. The Town of Minocqua reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids at its discretion. No bid shall be accepted unless accompanied by a bid security payable to the Town of Minocqua in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. Prevailing wage rates will not be required for this project. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
