This project includes furnishing nine hundred fifty (950) 5/8" x 3/4" Automatic Meter Read (AMR) water meters, twenty-five (25) 1" AMR ultrasonic water meters, Meter Interface Units (MlUs), Data Collection Units (DCUs), Route Management Software, and a data transfer system from the DCUs to River South Rural Water Districts billing system in Ozark, Arkansas. Information regarding the number of Addenda that have been duly issued can be obtained from Hawkins-Weir Engineers. Each Bidder must deposit with their Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The River South Rural Water District reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any and all Bids. Bids shall remain firm for a period not to exceed 60 days from the Bid opening date. This publication was paid for by the River South Rural Water District, and the cost of the publication is $367.84 per Arkansas Code 14- 55-208 and related statutes.
