Renovation of a water / sewer project in Jackson, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of January 24, 2024. Project will go on rebid. No definite date for the rebid.** Bids are required for the entire project as set forth in the specifications, and all work shall be completed within 30 work days. At the time the contract is awarded, the Contractor shall possess a Class C-39 / B license The work is generally described as follows: Remove and replace existing roofing system at the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). Inquiries or questions regarding the plans, specifications or estimate must be communicated as a bidder inquiry prior to bid opening directed to the City Engineer's Office in writing via email to m.garcia@wgainc.net. The successful bidder shall furnish a fully executed payment bond and performance bond The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and further reserves the right to waive any irregularities in the bids.
