Questions Due March 29, 2024 @ 10:00 a.m. Bidders shall submit questions via email to Piron Vossoughi at Piron.Vossoughi@chp.ca.gov. SCOPE OF WORK 1. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Amador Area Office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Evidence Storage Room Upgrade Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. License Requirement: California State License Board (CSLB), B-General Building Contractor B. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Insurance Requirements found in this Agreement (Exhibit E). C. Contractor shall provide a Payment Bond (STD. 807) equal to 100 percent of the value of the Agreement. Contractor shall complete the State of California, Standard Form 807, in duplicate, and submit prior to the execution of the Agreement. 2. The Services shall be performed at: Department of California Highway Patrol Amador Area office 301 Clinton Road Jackson, CA 95642 3. The services shall be provided during: Work shall be performed on weekend, or evenings unless other arrangements have been made with the CHP Facilities Coordinator. A work schedule will be established during the pre-construction meeting and all efforts to limit the amount of disruption with the essential operations of the office. The office is open for business during weekdays, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Contractor shall attend a pre-construction meeting with the CHP Facilities Coordinator and the onsite contact, at which time the Contractor will provide a work schedule and any job-related submittals.
