Project Description: International Contractors, Inc. (ICI), as the Construction Manager for Elmwood Park Community Unit School District 401, invites you to submit a bid on the 2024 Gym AC Project at Elmwood Park H.S and Elm Ms. Both schools are located in Elmwood Park, IL. The scope of work includes mechanical equipment replacement at Elmwood Park H.S. and Elm M.S. The work will include associated mechanical, electrical, and structural reinforcement work. Work is scheduled to begin on June 3, 2024, and be completed end of July 2024. Pre-Bid Meeting - Wednesday, November 29, 2023 - 3:30 p.m. at Elmwood Park High School 8201 W Fullerton, Elmwood Park, IL 60707 & immediately after at Elm Middle School 7607 W. Courtland St. Elmwood Park, IL 60707. PLEASE NOTE: All Contractors that plan on attending must present a valid Driver's License or State ID to gain access to the school at this time. Bid Opening - Sealed bids with a 10% bid bond are due no later than Wednesday, December 13, 2023 - at 3:30 p.m. to the attention of Mr. Jim Jennings, Asst. Superintendent for Business/CSBO, Elmwood Park CUSD 401 (Door #1), 8201 West Fullerton Avenue, Elmwood Park, IL 60707. Direct all inquiries to the construction manager. Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 12-11-2023.
