Site work and paving for a civil project in Clearlake, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
In accordance with plans and technical specifications prepared by EBA Engineers, the Work includes furnishing of all labor, materials, tax, equipment and services for construction and completion of the Dam Road Water Line Replacement and Expansion (the "Project"), including approximately 3,550 lineal feet of pipeline, potable water service connections, and appurtenant facilities. This Work requires a licensed Class A General Engineering Contractor, or a C-34 (Pipeline) license, issued by the State of California. The total Contract Time to achieve Final Completion is 120 calendar days. The Engineer's opinion of probable cost of construction is $1,800,000. The DWR requires the Contractor to comply with certain federal requirements, such as the Davis-Bacon Act and Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) It is the intention of the Owner to construct improvements as shown and set forth in the Contract Documents for the Project, as prepared by Specialized Utilities Services Program Engineering (SUSP Engineering) and EBA Engineering. All the work is particularly set forth in the permits, plans and specifications, and all said work, together with all other work incidental thereto, is included. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, equipment, materials, taxes, and incidentals necessary for completion of the Project.
