Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Waynesboro, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a 23,000-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Burke County is soliciting bids from experienced and qualified General Contractors who are interested in submitting a proposal and entering into a contract for the Construction of new 23,000 SF Parking lot with curb gutter sidewalk and drainage. Parking lot is located in the city of Waynesboro GA. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, the rights to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids and to reject the Bid of any Bidder if Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of the owner to make an award to that Bidder. Bids must be filed on Form C (Section C Proposal Form). Proposal Forms must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the Base Bid. Both Performance and Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price Discrepancies or omissions discovered in the Contract Documents should be reported immediately to the Architect, DPR ARCHITECTURE, Inc. (912) 764.6288, STATESBORO, GEORGIA, 30458, in writing.
