Snow plowing/walks/removal Product 1. Calcium chloride should be used. 2. No sand in the parking lot or on the walks. Parking lot and walk maintenance 1. The entire parking lot should be cleared, and no spots obstructed. Snow can be piled by the community garden beds and also by the gate. 2. Clearing the walks includes snow removal of a path to the propane tanks and also egress from the front, back, and children's room entrances. 3. Plowing and snow removal on the walks should be done before the 4" mark is reached. 4. Work should be done before 8 am. 5. Snow removal off the library property will be done in consultation with the owner. Mowing 1. Work should be done between 6 am and 9 am. 2. Mowing and trimming should be done, and cleaning of any walks that need it afterward. 3. Mowing should not be done more frequently than once a week. 4. Garden maintenance will be handled under a separate agreement. Seasonal cleanup of the lawn Spring and fall maintenance of the grounds, mainly involving removing leaves. Lebanon Libraries is looking for a contractor who can take care of both the snow removal and mowing of the Kilton Public Library, located at 80 Main St., West Lebanon, NH, which is on a one-acre lot and has a parking lot that can fit approximately 25 cars. The City will award this project based on the City's discretion and may or may not include any or all bid alternatives. All work included in this bid is dependent upon the bid amounts and available funding. Actual quantities are subject to change and will be based upon actual field measurements taken during construction.
