Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Canton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work consists of the removal and replacement of water pipe in Randolph Terrace and Old Randolph St. with new eight-inch pipe. Swap water services transferring hydrants to the 12" with new hydrants on Randolph Street to the ten-inch and 12" pipe to abandon the old six-inch water pipe in Randolph St. Transfer water services and install new hydrants on Bolivar St. to the 12" pipe and abandonment of the old six-inch water pipe. Remove and replace the water pipe and services on Crane St. Surface restoration includes temporary and permanent trench patching on all streets. Sidewalks, curbs, driveways, and grass areas will be restored in-kind. The project also includes temporary by-passing piping and services on all project streets.
