Renovation of a water / sewer project in Webster, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Wastewater Treatment Facility Aeration Basin Improvement Project - Phase I. The major work of this project consists of structural repairs, slide/weir gate replacements and diffuser replacement within the off-line aeration train, which consists of three adjacent basins, at the Wastewater Treatment Facility. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer via the Tighe & Bond website for bidding document distribution at web site Prospective bidders must be registered users of the web site to submit questions regarding the project. In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by Engineer at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents not later than three days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids. Only questions answered by Addenda Project is subject to prevailing wage rates. Project is tax-exempt. There are 2 alternates, #1 is for Weir Gate #211 and alternate #2 is for Weir Gates 212 & 213. Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 12-14-2023.
