Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Webster, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Work consists of replacing about 4,000 linear feet of 10" and 8" cast iron water main along North Main Street from the intersection at East Main Street to Bigelow Road with new 12" ductile iron water main along North Main Street. Also included is full mill and overlay of project area and new ADA ramps at designated intersections along project area. There will be add alternate(s) that shall include work along Upland Avenue. Work consists of replacing approximately 350 linear feet of 8" cast iron water main. Full mill and overlay is included for area impacted by the installation of the new water main. Estimated Cost $3,000,000 There will be no pre-bid conference for this project. Pressure and chlorination testing will include new water main, all new services to the curb stop.
