Site work for a religious / funeral development in Roslyn, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development.
furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment. tools, and guarantees thereof to construct the Roslyn Historic Cemetery Irrigation Replacement. Project is to replace existing sprinkler system in the Roslyn Historical Cemeteries. There are 26 different cemeteries that date back to the early 1880's. The existing sprinkler system has been in place since around the 50's and 60s and has been deteriorating. The project includes four (4) phases, consisting of a base bid, with alternates A, B, C. Project is scheduled to be completed during spring of 2024. The city is requesting bids for the base bid and all alternates to be included in proposals submitted. Bids that do not include all both a base bid and all alternatives listed will not be considered. Project will be awarded to chosen contractor prior to December 31, 2023 for construction during in spring of 2024. The proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly after the time and date stated above. Proposals are to be submitted only on the form provided with the contract provisions. All proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order, or bid bond payable to the "City of Roslyn" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. Contract provisions and contract plans may be obtained at the office of the City. Registration as a plan holder is required to obtain contract addenda. The Historic Roslyn Cemetery Irrigation Replacement is anticipate to be financed by the City and a grant from Kittitas County. The City of Roslyn expressly reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities and to award the project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, as it best serves the interests of the City.
