Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Any requests for information may be emailed to Sherri Schaefer at sherri.schaefer@courts.mo.gov no later than 10 a.m. on December 13, 2023. The Twenty-Second Judicial Circuit Court, herein after , is requesting proposals from firms to provide for the installation, services, and setup of two (2) interactive digital wayfinding kiosks. One kiosk will be installed on the 1st floor of the Carnahan Courthouse (CCH) at 1114 Market, St. Louis, Missouri 63101. The second kiosk will be installed on the 1st floor of the Civil Courts Building (CCB), 10 N. Tucker, St. Louis, Missouri 63101. The overall purpose of the kiosks will be to assist the public with finding locations within the Court complex. Examples of the type of information that would be made available are: maps of how to find locations inside the buildings, ADA accessible locations and parking, local transportation, services, and restaurant information, government services located in the building, Law Library resources, security protocols, courtroom rules and procedures, emergency evacuation procedures, daily calendar information, and egress routes. Proposals should include costs for all hardware, software, and services necessary for the functioning of the interactive digital wayfinding kiosks Digital wayfinding kiosk proposals should address the following: Proposals must include all hardware, including touchscreen 55" monitors. If 55" monitors will not be provided, please specify the size of the touchscreen monitors. 2. The kiosk located at CCH is expected to be installed as a free-standing pedestal/pulpit mount. 3. The kiosk located at CCB is expected to require custom mounting installation on an existing freestanding counter on the 1st floor near the elevators. 4. Proposals should specify connectivity requirements, including power, amperage, and data requirements. 5. Kiosks preferably should use a Wi-Fi connection. 6. Proposals should include services to build routes within the building maps to points of interest and generate directions for use on the kiosks. 7. Proposals should include services to build FAQs and off campus points of interest, using content provided by the COURT. 8. Proposals should include services to build an integration to incorporate case schedules on a daily basis for display in the kiosk, with options to search by Division, Judge, Case, or Litigant and return results for both buildings. 9. Proposals should include the ability for the COURT to make changes to points of interest without CONTRACTOR cost or action, following initial implementation. 10. Proposals should indicate whether the following features are available in the solution with a Yes, No, or Other Option with a description of the feature: a. Searchable directories b. Point-to-point route mapping c. Building maps d. Egress route mapping e. Frequently Asked Questions f. Ability to integrate on and off campus locations/points of interest g. Ability to integrate external maps (e.g. Google) and/or ability to incorporate Citymaintained maps (ESRI format) h. Ability to send directions to a cellular device, including type of transmission (SMS, email, etc.) i. Any emergency notification functionality (list as an optional cost, if applicable) j. Whether a test environment is provided k. Whether Court can control Home/ldle screens, and whether that content can be dynamic l. Ability to integrate schedule data for locations from an external source m. Ability to link external websites 11. Proposals should list all kiosk options that support ADA compliance or any other features to ensure accessibility. 12. ADA/Wheelchair accessible routes should be included in the solution functionality. 13. Proposals should include any language accessibility features offered. 14. Proposals should include training for system administration, specifying the length of the training, number of participants allowed, and whether the training will be conducted in person or remotely. 15. Proposals must specify if software maintenance is offered and the frequency of software updates. 16. Proposals must include a minimum of one-year warranty on Parts and Labor; specify the length of warranty included. 17. Proposals should detail software used to maintain kiosk. 18. Proposals must include the first year of software maintenance/support, if offered. 19. Proposals should specify the details of hardware and support plans to include service level agreements, service contact types (e.g. telephone, online), and all associated costs. 20. Proposals should indicate whether digital signage may be added at the time of this contract and/or at a later date. Please include optional digital signage specifications with costs to add digital signage to be used for display outside individual courtrooms for display of Division dockets. Digital signage cost estimates should include all component costs (including monitor, media player/computer, and any other technical configuration item necessary for functional service), resulting in a total cost per display. The Court reserves the right to select some, all, or none of the digital signage options based on its sole discretion. 21. Warranty and maintenance periods will begin upon completion of the project and user acceptance by the Court. 22. Proposals should include minimum cost breakdown as listed in Appendix A's Sample Pricing Proposal. Further detailed cost breakdown is acceptable, but totals must be submitted for the listed categories.
