In general, the project consists of a major rehabilitation of Clam Falls Dam in Polk County, WI. Major project components include construction dewatering, asbestos abatement, demolition and abandonment, construction of a cast-in-place concrete spillway and other structures, furnishing and installing stainless steel slide gates, electrical work, installation of post-tensioned rock anchors, application of dry-mix shotcrete, furnishing and installing precast concrete walkways, earthwork, and site restoration. A single prime bid will be received for the work. BID SECURITY Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bid and bid security may not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the Bid Deadline. Bid security will be retained if the Bidder is awarded the Work and fails to execute the Agreement and furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. Est. Completion Date: Dec. 1, 2024
