The Owner is requesting the services of an Owner's Project Manager to represent the Owner during the oversight of design and construction of eight active fire stations and one training center. Repairs and improvements are necessary to all firehouses, to store the newest fire trucks, maintain a safe work environment and provide electricity in the event of a power outage. Estimated Construction Cost: $550,000 The intent of this RFP is to find a licensed, qualified individual/ firm to provide OPM (Owners Project Manager) services through construction and closeout including the oversight of design and repair construction of the Lowell Firehouses. Qualified persons or firms are requested to submit proposals to the Purchasing Office. Scope of Work The City of Lowell, (Owner) is seeking the services of a qualifiedOwners Project Manager as defined in Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, Section 44A and as further defined by the provisions of this RFS, to provide Project Management Services for the design, and repairs of the Lowell Firehouses. The selected OPM will complete all aspects of the following scope of work. Unless specifically noted otherwise, any/all deliverables shall be submitted to the City of Lowell in both digital and printed versions.
