Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Greencastle, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
North Washington Street Roadway Improvements. The project generally consists of concrete sidewalk and curb replacement, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) curb ramps, crosswalks, drainage pipe installation, landscaping, full-depth pavement repair, mill and overlay, and restoration of areas disturbed by construction. Liquid Fuels funds will be utilized for funding a portion of this project and all materials and work must conform to the most recent edition of PennDOT Publication 408 unless otherwise specified. Bidder must be PennDOT prequalified as a Prime Contractor as specified in Section 102.01 of Publication 408. The Owner hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid. Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a certified check, bank check, irrevocable letter of credit, or Bid bond (on the form included with the Bidding Documents) for (10) percent of the Bid total.
