Renovation of a municipal facility in Greencastle, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project generally comprises of repairs to an existing brick wall, assessment of existing roof, installation of new roof membrane extension, construction of a new concrete ledge on an existing foundation, construction of a new CMU wall, and construction of a new CMU parapet all as specified in the plans. Questions will be accepted until 1:00 P.M. prevailing time on September 30, 2024. All questions must be submitted in writing to elittle@greencastlepa.gov. Responses will be posted to the Owner's website. The Project will be bid with the option for three trade contracts each with a defined scope of work related to concrete, masonry, and roofing or as a total project with a single contract awarded to the lowest responsible full project bidder. The Contract(s) will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry. The Owner hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any, or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
