The Project Includes Widening Riley Road to Approximately 24ft Total Width and Constructing a Sidewalk Along the North Side of Riley Road, Between Danielle Road and Sam Ralston Road. The North Side of Riley Road Will Be Widened. Existing Pavement on Riley Road Will Be Milled and Overlaid With New Hma Pavement. As Part of the Project, New Concrete Drives Will Also Be Constructed. In Addition, Driveway Culverts, Storm Sewers and Storm Inlets Will Be Installed for Storm Water Conveyance. Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Completely Filled Out Form No. 96 and Acceptable Bid Security Documentation as Required on the Questcdn Platform. Any Bid Not Accompanied by the Aforementioned Required Items Shall Be Deemed to Be a Non-responsive Bid by the Owner. The Owner Reserves the Right to Retain the Three Lowest Bid Proposals for a Period of Not More Than Ninety (90) Days, and Said Proposal Shall Remain in Full Force and Effect During Said Time.
